Our Apparatus Designed as per International Standards it consists

• Slump Cone of upper dia 100mm, lower dia of 200mm and height 300mm made of mild Steel.
• Mould made of galvanized Sheet free from corrosion, its internal face free of dents and smooth and the thickness of metal more than 2mm.
• Vibrating Table base plate made of mild iron sheet, a vibrating motor of power 750W of three phase with frequency 3000Hz and amplitude of 0.5mm fitted in lower-middle.
• Swivel arm with hopper which is telescoped and welded into base plate rigidly to move freely.
• Contact Plastic Disc fitted in Graduated rod and the rod marked in mm, a dead weight of 2750 gm placed on disc and the whole assembly fitted on Swivel arm to move freely and the whole assembly shock free.
