Motorized Flow table used to determine consistency of a mortar in tests of hydraulic cement and pozzolanic materials. Our Motorized Flow Table consist of Brass table mounted on mild steel of supporting frame. Supporting frame has two shafts vertical and horizontal that lifts the plate up to 12mm and dropped it. Shafts are controlled by a motor of 40W.

In the motorized flow table, there is a motor speed reducer that works through a mechanical coupling at the rate of 1 rps. In the manual table, operator use their hand for running the handwheel. Both the models comply with ASTM and EN standard.

The table consists of 30cm dia polish steel plate. The plate has 3 engraved annular circles (3 cm, 11 cm, and 19 cm dia). The tabletop is made and arranged in such a way that there is a free fall of 12mm through a cam action.
